Julian LeCraw, Jr., Managing Partner

 

Julian LeCraw, Jr. is a Managing Partner for Julian LeCraw & Company.  Julian acquired control of Julian LeCraw & Company (JLC) in 1990 from which time he has served as CEO and a Managing Partner.

 

Julian was the President of the Atlanta Apartment Association in 1994 and is currently on its Board of Directors.  He serves in numerous Board of Director roles including the Georgia Aquarium and Lionheart School in Atlanta while also being involved with organizations including the Atlanta Forum, Georgia Forum, and the Loose Group.

 

Julian attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate.  Julian has three children and resides with his wife Susan in Atlanta, Georgia.




Michael Tompkins, Partner

 

Michael Tompkins is a Managing Partner responsible for the operations of the Julian LeCraw & Company entities.  He has a multi-faceted background in accounting, construction, development, human resources, for rent and for sale apartments.

 

Michael is currently the Chairman of the Board of the National Apartment Association.  He spends his recreational time golfing, reading, writing and playing piano.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from City University of New York.  He is a Certified Apartment Manager and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  Michael and his wife June have four children and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.



Steve Broome, Partner

Steve Broome is a Managing Partner directly responsible for the company’s acquisitions and developments in the Southeast.  Steve, along with Julian and Lee, leads the sourcing, evaluation, underwriting and financing of all transactions conducted by Julian LeCraw & Company.

Since joining Julian LeCraw & Company in 1999, Steve has been responsible for the company’s expansion outside of Atlanta including condominium development, condominium conversion, apartment acquisition, land acquisition, marina acquisition, retail acquisition and asset management operations.

Steve attended the University of West Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting in 1979 and his MBA in 1981.  He later received his Certified Public Accountant designation.  Steve has four children and resides with his wife Scarlet in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.



Lee Walker, Partner

 

Lee Walker is a Managing Partner of Julian LeCraw & Company.  Lee, Steve, and Julian lead the sourcing, evaluation, underwriting and financing of all transactions conducted by Julian LeCraw & Company.

 

Lee joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 1990 and has provided strategic and tactical expertise to the company’s growth and transactional opportunities.  He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.

 

Lee attended Furman University and the University of South Carolina and received degrees in Real Estate Finance and Marketing.  He and his wife Dawn have three children and reside in Roswell, Georgia.

Jorge Sardinas, Regional Partner

Jorge Sardinas is a Regional Partner at Julian LeCraw & Company, responsible for acquisition and development in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Jorge has worked in development since 1990 and has been involved in the development or redevelopment of over 8,000 multifamily units and for over a billion dollars in acquisitions.

Jorge is a Florida Real Estate Broker and State of Florida Certified General Contractor.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida completing a Bachelor of Design degree in 1989 and a Master Degree in Building Construction in 1990.  Jorge and his wife Carmen have four children and reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.



Justin Marshall, Chief Operating Officer

Justin Marshall is Chief Operating Officer at Julian LeCraw & Co. responsible for overseeing the operating divisions of the company including the apartment portfolio, the For Sale housing division, due diligence efforts, and Value Add properties.

 

Justin received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, a Masters of Business Administration, with a focus in real estate and finance, from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and earned a Certified Public Accountant designation.  He has experience in public accounting, construction management, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.  Justin joined the company in 2004.

 

Justin resides in Smyrna, Georgia with his wife Mary Helen and three children.

 

 



Robert H. West, General Counsel

Robert “Bobby” West is General Counsel at Julian LeCraw & Company, overseeing all legal and transactional matters of the company.

 

Bobby joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 2004 after representing the company for over five years as outside counsel.  Bobby has extensive experience in the multi-housing industry, acquiring specializations in real estate acquisitions, development, partnership and corporate formation law.

 

Bobby received his J.D., with distinction, from the Emory University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.  Bobby has three children and lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Traci.



David Baycura, Executive Vice President of Development Group

David Baycura is Executive Vice President of Development at Julian LeCraw & Company, overseeing new development from underwriting through the completion of a fully functioning property. 

David joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 1999 with over twenty years of experience in real estate development.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a Registered Landscape Architect in multiple states.  David is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council, the Environmental Design Research Association and the American Society of Landscape Architects.

David holds an MBA in finance and corporate strategic planning from the Katz School of the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS in landscape architecture from Pennsylvania State University.  He lives in Lilburn, Georgia with his wife, Diana, and two children.



Stephen Hendrix, Executive Vice President, Director of Construction

Stephen Hendrix is Executive Vice President of Construction at Julian LeCraw & Company, overseeing LeCraw Construction, LLC  and it's subsidiaries.

 

Stephen joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 2002 and has been active in construction management since 1993.  He is responsible for promoting and maintaining the successful multi-state operations of the construction entities which are currently established in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.

 

Stephen is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multi Housing Council, the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Georgia Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.  He is a Certified General Contractor and Qualifier for ten states throughout the Southeast.

 

Stephen attended Oglethorpe University.  Stephen and his wife Marla have two daughters and reside in Roswell, Georgia.

 



Todd Jackovich, Vice President, Acquisitions

Todd Jackovich is Vice President of Acquisitions at Julian LeCraw & Company, responsible for acquisitions of new properties in the Atlanta area and Tennessee.  He is also responsible for the physical and financial due diligence for all transactions.

 

Todd joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 1998 and has 13 years of experience in the industry.  He has a multi-faceted background in property operations, training, information technology, accounting and acquisitions.  Todd attended the University of Tennessee and graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Real Estate.  He and his wife, Carol, live in Alpharetta with their two daughters, Jenna and Julia.

 



Dave Harry, Vice President, Finance

David Harry is Vice President of Finance responsible for sourcing debt and equity on property acquisitions and new developments.  He is also responsible for evaluating the company’s acquisition and development opportunities.      

David joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 2006 with eight years experience in the commercial real estate lending industry where he was responsible for over $750 million in originations throughout the Southeast.

David earned his Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate from Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.  He resides in Decatur with his wife Amy and daughter.



Steve Vicknair, Controller

Steve Vicknair is the Controller at Julian LeCraw & Company, overseeing the accounting and financial statement reporting for all properties owned and managed by the Company. In addition, Steve is responsible for accounts payable, coordination of external audits, preparation of income tax returns for all properties and numerous other initiatives to improve the efficiency of operations. Steve joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 2007 and has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience in real estate.

 

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses to practice in Georgia and North Carolina. He graduated from Georgia State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

 



Andrew Wittgen, Vice President, For Rent and For Sale Housing

Andrew Wittgen is Vice President of Operations of the For Sale Housing Group at Julian LeCraw & Company, responsible for all aspects of on-site project operations.  Andrew joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 1999 and has 13 years experience in the multi-family industry. 

 

Andrew serves as a leader and mentor for the Operations Directors, Project Coordinators and all on-site management personnel.  He has a diverse background in on-site management and property operations.  Andrew manages daily operations overseeing personnel, fiscal performance, reporting and budget discipline.

 

Andrew graduated from Indiana University where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and History.  He resides in Marietta with his wife and three children.

 



Tazha Moore, Vice President, For Sale Housing Group

Tazha Moore is Vice President of For Sale Housing at Julian LeCraw & Company overseeing marketing and operations in the For Sale division.  Tazha’s responsibilities include managing the creative concepts and overseeing the project operations of the For Sale division throughout the South East of the United States.

Tazha joined Julian LeCraw & Company in 2000, and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and property management.  Tazha graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry.  She resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.



Daniel Ma Gill, Senior Systems Administrator

Daniel James Ma Gill is Senior Systems Administrator for Julian LeCraw & Company.  Since joining JLC in 2002 he has been responsible for its information infrastructure, systems design and IT support.

Dan served in the Navy for six years, during which time he graduated third in his class at Naval Nuclear Power School.  Dan has directed the IT operations and infrastructure development for numerous companies, including roles with biomedical companies and the position of senior system administrator with Lucent Technologies and IBM for the southern region technology team.

Dan and his wife Mary have two children and reside in Canton, GA.
