At Julian LeCraw & Company, we take pride in managing and maintaining your community. Our goal is to provide you excellent service through a well-trained, friendly and responsive staff.
To submit a Service Request, simply complete the open fields in the form below. The items marked with an asterisk (*) are required for the form to be submitted to our Service Staff.
If you have a Priority (Emergency) request, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Please call your community management office or the after-hours answering service for assistance.
Priority (Emergency) Service Requests include:
- Fire
- No electricity
- Water flooding into apartment
- No heat (in temperatures below 60°)
- No air conditioning (in temperatures above 75°)
- Sewage back up
- No hot water
- Toilet stopped up – if only one bathroom
- No plumbing or water throughout the apartment
- Refrigerator/ Stove out completely
