At Julian LeCraw & Company, we take pride in managing and maintaining your community. Our goal is to provide you excellent service through a well-trained, friendly and responsive staff.

To submit a Service Request, simply complete the open fields in the form below. The items marked with an asterisk (*) are required for the form to be submitted to our Service Staff.

If you have a Priority (Emergency) request, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Please call your community management office or the after-hours answering service for assistance.

Priority (Emergency) Service Requests include:
  • Fire
  • No electricity
  • Water flooding into apartment
  • No heat (in temperatures below 60°)
  • No air conditioning (in temperatures above 75°)
  • Sewage back up
  • No hot water
  • Toilet stopped up – if only one bathroom
  • No plumbing or water throughout the apartment
  • Refrigerator/ Stove out completely
